SimplyRelo is a real estate concierge service solely helping busy medical professionals like you.

Our concierges are knowledgeable, non-biased, and bespoke licensed real estate advisors that hold your hand through the home buying journey.

What does the concierge process entail?

Your concierge will start by speaking with you to get to know your unique situation.

Once we have a deeper understanding of your needs, we start by connecting you with a Realtor. Only Realtors that are knowledgeable about working with physicians.

We make sure the Realtor and your lender are connected and working well together.

We are available 24/7 throughout the entire home buying experience to answer any questions you may have.

The best part is the real estate concierge service costs you the physician nothing additional! We are compensated by a small fee from the buyer’s agent broker after you purchase the home. We are not financially tied to which home you buy, which lender you choose, or which Realtor you choose.

Meet Mark Neal

Founder of SimplyRelo

Started helping Physician and Medical Professionals exclusively in 2009. Mark discovered physician loan mortgages. Mark helped introduce and educate the market to this amazing product since the early days of its creation. During his communications with medical professionals it became clear that a huge obstacle to a stress free home purhase was the Relator.

Doctors were missing the key piece…A quality real estate professional who was knowledgeable about the unique issues! With that problem identified, Mark created SimplyRelo. SimplyRelo has helped thousands of medical professionals enjoy the home-buying process instead of just enduring it.

Meet Jennifer Neal

Jennifer is not only gifted but also passionate about helping people. With a diverse and unique experience in both the real estate and medical field (real estate investor for nearly two decades and as the former Radiologic Technologist specializing in CT), it's no wonder she shines in this unique role, helping busy medical professionals with their real estate needs! 

As the Chief Concierge for Simply Relo it has enabled Jennifer to continue to help busy medical professionals on a broader scale all over the country reach their real estate goals.  From the initial concierge call, to matching them with a physician loan officer as well as a seasoned and vetted Real Estate Professional who guides them through the intricate real estate process all the way to a successful closing!  Her commitment is to the physician, and it is not only rewarding but vital to Jennifer’s work ethic.  In her downtime, she enjoys her dogs, children, and pickleball.  She is always down for a beach vacation.
